Terms of Service

Welcome to DateMora. By creating an account or accessing our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use DateMora. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use DateMora in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members.

3. Content Ownership and License

You retain all ownership rights to the text and photos you submit. By posting content to DateMora, you grant us a worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free right and license to host, store, and display your content to operate the service.

4. Content Upload Requirements

Before uploading any photo, video, or other media depicting an identifiable person to DateMora, you agree to the following requirements:

• You must obtain and retain written consent from every person depicted, authorizing their depiction, public distribution, and upload to DateMora.
• You must verify the identity and age of every person depicted, ensure that each depicted person is of legal age, retain supporting records of that verification, and provide supporting documents to us upon request.
• Only members whose own identity and age have been verified may upload content to DateMora.

By uploading a photo or video, you agree and consent that other users authorized to access it may download, stream, publish, or distribute it, subject to applicable law, required permissions, and DateMora's existing privacy, visibility, and unlock controls. This does not grant access to users who are not authorized to view private content. Once an authorized user receives a copy, further sharing may be difficult to control. If anyone other than you is depicted, you must obtain and retain their written consent covering the publication and distribution described here, in addition to the requirements above.

5. Prohibited Behavior

You agree that you will not:

• Impersonate any person or entity or post false photos.
• Use the service for commercial solicitation, prostitution, or requesting money.
• Post content that promotes hate speech, violence, or harassment.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the platform infrastructure.
• Use the service in any way that promotes or facilitates human trafficking, sex trafficking, or physical abuse.

Datemora Inc. does not condone human sex trafficking. All instances of suspected human trafficking will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

6. Prohibited Sexual and Adult Content

DateMora is intended for adults of legal age. Users may not upload, post, transmit, request, distribute, or otherwise make available any content that is illegal or prohibited under these Terms.

Without limitation, DateMora strictly prohibits:

• Any sexual or sexually explicit content involving, depicting, or appearing to involve a person under 18 years of age.
• Any content that sexualizes minors or represents a person as being under 18 in a sexual or erotic context.
• Bestiality or sexual content involving animals.
• Sexualized depictions or promotion of rape, sexual assault, non-consensual sexual activity, or other forms of sexual violence.
• Sexualized depictions of extreme violence, mutilation, dismemberment, or death.
• Sexualized incest.
• Sexualized content involving scat, bodily waste, or similar prohibited material.
• Content that is unlawful, exploitative, abusive, threatening, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
• Content that infringes another person's copyright, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

DateMora reserves the right to remove content, restrict or suspend accounts, and take other appropriate action when content violates these Terms or applicable law. DateMora may cooperate with law enforcement and other appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms permits content that is prohibited by DateMora's payment processors or other service providers. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and these Terms when using the platform.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to investigate and suspend or terminate your account without a refund if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or behave in a way that we regard as inappropriate or unlawful.

8. Disclaimers

DateMora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Compatibility scores are recommendations and we offer no guarantees regarding the conduct of members or compatibility outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Datemora Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the appropriate governing jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
